What laptop sizes does the NEXA LIFT fit? 
The sleeve is available in two sizes, accommodating 13/14-inch and 15/16-inch laptops.  

Is my laptop safe from bumps and scratches? 
NEXA LIFT is designed with quilted fabric interior to protect your laptop against bumps and drops. 

Is the sleeve water-resistant? 
NEXA LIFT is a splash-resistant sleeve that protects your laptop against light spills (it’s not fully waterproof). 

Is there a warranty? 
Yes, a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. 

How quickly will NEXA LIFT charge my iPhone? 
NEXA LIFT delivers for MagSafe-compatible iPhones (iPhone 12 onwards). 

Do I need to do anything to assemble the phone stand? 
The phone stand is inbuilt. It’s designed to be intuitive to use for first-time users, but you can also read simple onboarding steps in the user manual for first-time use. 

How stable is the phone stand? 
The phone stand locks in magnetically to stand your phone and secures your phone magnetically for display (and charging). 

Why is NEXA LIFT called a 5-in-1 sleeve?  
NEXA LIFT is a laptop sleeve and more. It’s also a mini desk mat, mousepad, 2-in-1 wireless device charger, and phone stand. 

Will it fit my laptop? 
The smaller version is built for laptops sized 13/14 inches, and the larger version is for laptops sized 15/16 inches. To measure your laptop’s size in inches, close your laptop and measure diagonally from a top corner to a bottom one. For extra assurance, you can also measure your closed laptop’s width, length, and height, and see how it matches with NEXA LIFT’s dimensions (included in our specs section). NEXA LIFT is designed for MacBook’s first but will hold majority of 13/14-inch and 15/16-inch laptops. 

How heavy is the NEXA LIFT to carry? 
NEXA LIFT is slim and lightweight. It’s barely perceptible stored in larger bags, and it’s unobtrusive for independent laptop carry.
