Can I use REEVUS with a phone case?
You can use REEVUS with a MagSafe phone (iPhone 12 onwards) in a MagSafe-compatible phone case. JOURNEY stocks a range of stylish leather MagSafe-compatible cases for
MagSafe iPhones up to iPhone 15. To see if your phone case is MagSafe-compatible, online search the technical specs on the brand or stockist’s website.
Also keep in mind that MagSafe-compatible cases ordinarily feature a visible ring on the inside or outside of the case. You can also purchase easy-to-install magnetic rings. JOURNEY’s magnetic active rings equip all Apple and Android phones and cases with MagSafe-compatibility.
Do I need a magnetic ring?
If your phone or phone case doesn’t work with MagSafe, yes. A magnetic ring will equip your non-MagSafe phone and MagSafe-incompatible cases to work with REEVUS’s magnetic phone stand. All iPhones 12 and onwards are MagSafe.
Is the magnetic ring included?
Yes, REEVUS includes one JOURNEY magnetic activation ring. That means Apple and Android phone users can start viewing or shooting video and still content with the magnetic phone stand, straight out of the box. Ring attachment is quick, intuitive, and easy.
How long will REEVUS keep drinks hot or cold?
REEVUS keeps drinks cold for 24 hours, and hot for 12.
Does REEVUS work with iPhone?
Yes. iPhone users can track REEVUS via the native Find My app on their iPhone (after they pair the bottle and phone). iPhone 12 users (and onwards) can also attach their phone to REEVUS’s magnetic (MagSafe-compatible) phone stand.
Does REEVUS work with Android phones?
With a MagSafe ring magnet attached to your Android phone, you can attach an Android phone to the MagSafe-compatible ring mount. However, you will not be able to use the tracker, as it is only compatible with Apple devices that work with the Find My app.

Can I wash the bottle with the tracker inside?
No. Remove the detachable tracker before washing the bottle.
How do I charge the tracker?
You can dislodge the tracker puck from your bottle lid with a light push. Simply remove the tracker from the bottle and place it on your wireless charger.
Is 100dB loud enough for my tracker?
100dB is a good volume that will allow you to hear your bottle’s tracker sounding even with other ordinary ambient noise in your environment.
Is REEVUS a water bottle?
REEVUS holds water and your other favourite drinks, including teas, coffees, and juices. If you want to swap between drinks, it’s easy to rinse and clean.
