Estimated Shipping Time

All domestic UK orders are shipped from our UK warehouse in Bradley Stoke with partnered courier companies such as the Royal Mail, Hermes or DPD. We offer a standard shipping service, which usually takes 2-5 business days for delivery. 

Packages usually reach their destination in the time range mentioned but can occasionally take longer.

 

Order Processing Time

JOURNEY understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.

Orders typically ship the same day or within 1 business day from the time your order is received. Please note that weekends do not count as a shipping day.

 

Tracking Info

Orders ship with a tracking number. The carrier and tracking information is emailed to you once your shipment has been completed.
